Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Candice fondly remembers drawing and dancing to Disney classics as a child. Her passions evolved into a love for storytelling in all its various forms. Candice’s hope as an illustrator is to support the movement of writers and storytellers, redeeming the narrative for minorities and people of color.
