Christopher Weyant

Christopher Weyant is an award-winning illustrator and cartoonist whose work appears regularly in the New Yorker magazine and the Boston Globe. He has illustrated fourteen children’s picture books, including You Are (Not) Small which won the Theodor (Dr. Seuss) Geisel Award, written by his wife, writer Anna Kang. Christopher won the National Cartoonist Society’s Silver Reuben Award in 2021, 2022, and 2024, and was awarded the Nieman Foundation for Journalism fellowship at Harvard. If he’s not sketching at his drawing table, he’s collecting hot sauces or trying vainly to make his wife and daughters laugh at any chance he gets.
