Gareth Hinds

Gareth is best known for his critically acclaimed graphic novel adaptations of literary classics such as The Odyssey and The Iliad. He has also illustrated picture books and historical nonfiction, as well as video games and museum exhibits. Gareth's books can be found in bookstores and English classrooms across the country, and his illustrations have appeared in such diverse venues as the Society of Illustrators, the New York Historical Society, and more than a dozen published videogames. He is a recipient of the Boston Public Library’s Literary Lights for Children Award. He lives near Washington, DC.
