Isabella Kung

Isabella Kung is a San Francisco-based author and illustrator who delights in mixing humor, heart, and irresistible characters. She is known for the royal felines from her debut author-illustrator picture book, No Fuzzball! and the sequel, No Snowball! Her latest book, Nunu and the Sea, takes her readers on an emotional journey to uncharted fantastical waters.

Isabella's award-winning work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, Spectrum Fantasy Art, 3x3, Creative Quarterly, SCBWI, and the International Cat Writers Association and exhibited in galleries in America, Spain, and Singapore. Isabella has also served as Illustrator Coordinator for the SCBWI San Francisco/South chapter for 3 years. With over a decade of teaching experience, she currently shares her passion for storytelling and art at Storyteller Academy.
