Katherine Ahmed

Katherine was born and raised in New York State and converted to the Muslim faith as a teenager. Katherine earned a BA in History and Illustration at Eugene Lang College at The New School. Before launching her career as an illustrator, Katherine worked as the Program Manager of the children’s Sunday School at Cordoba House, a Muslim nonprofit and mosque in New York City with a strong multicultural and interfaith community. She lives on the East Coast with her husband and two daughters.
