Lindsay Ward

Lindsay is the author-illustrator of over thirty published books for kids. Her work has been reviewed in The New York Times, and her picture book Please Bring Balloons was produced as a play by the New York City Children's Theater in 2017. Lindsay lives in Peninsula, Ohio, surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, with her husband, author Frank Tupta; three boys; one dog; and a flock of ducks. She’s inspired daily by her three hilarious boys (no really, they are very funny, she's not just biased). She’s especially fond of anything meta, interactive, clever, funny, or silly. Favorite things to illustrate include: snow, vehicles, nature, animals, concepts, and inanimate objects.
