Manuel Molvar

Born and raised in Seville, Spain, Manuel Molvar moved to Barcelona to complete his MFA in advanced graphic design at IDEP Barcelona. Influenced by the cartoons he loved as a child mixed with the baroque aesthetics of the traditions of his native Andalusia, his work is cheerful and dynamic. Manuel loves teen romance stories, science fiction, fantasy, and thrillers, especially if they involve queer characters and would love to work on middle grade, young adult, and adult fiction and nonfiction works.

When he's not drawing, Manuel can be found hanging upside down practicing aerial silks or playing fantasy video games.
