Mark Hoffmann

Mark likes to say that he works on "goofy books with goofy looks." He also has a fondness for textures, strange perspectives, and hand-lettering in his illustrations. In addition to his award-winning illustration work, he is a college professor of illustration, a role that allows him to enlighten the next generation of artists while also cracking dad jokes in class. When Mark is not creating, teaching, or parenting, he spends his free time trying to catch up on the sleep. He currently lives and works in southern New Hampshire with his lovely wife, sprightly son, and a plethora of pets.
