Sophie Escabasse

Sophie is a French author-illustrator who lives in Montreal with her husband, three children, and their black cat, Terrence. She is the author-illustrator of the bestselling graphic novel series Witches of Brooklyn and she has illustrated many books for middle grade readers, including the Derby Daredevils series, the Spotlight Club Mysteries series, and the Freestyler Funnies series. She has been a lover of comics for as long as she can remember, and she enjoys fun and expressive characters.
