Lainey Williams

Lainey Williams was born and raised among the indigo mountains and casino neon of Reno, Nevada. Writing fantasy as soon as she could hold a pencil and reading every book she could find, Lainey was supported by her writer parents and artistic sister. They were always willing to find her more computer paper to make “books” out of, hand her a dictionary when she heard new words during dinner, or drive her to the local library. 

With a B.A. in English and semi-fluent French, Lainey works as a comic artist, online teacher, and illustrator. She can often be found listening to TTRPG podcasts, researching new recipes to cook for her girlfriend, or biking to one of Chicago’s incredible nature preserves–or just the local comics shop.

Lainey is available to illustrate graphic novels as well as YA and Adult covers.
