Pearl AuYeung

Pearl is a Los Angeles-based author-illustrator from Hong Kong who calls Shanghai her home. She’s currently working as a toy designer after graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in Illustration. Pearl is particularly interested in projects with fun, boisterous energy, but she'd also love to work on a story that handles difficult emotions, like anger, sadness, and jealousy. When she's not making art, she's planning her next tea party and blasting the soundtrack to the 1997 animated movie, Hercules.
